Brazilian beans (900–1,400m) use pulped natural processing to enhance body and chocolate sweetness, Colombian beans (1,200–1,800m) are fully washed for a clean, silky finish, Guatemalan beans (1,500–2,000m) are washed for balanced complexity, and Ethiopian beans (1,850–2,100m) are washed for floral clarity and brightness.
