Grown in the volcanic highlands of Sulawesi, Mandhelingo coffee is known for its deep body, earthy complexity, and traditional cultivation methods. Smallholder farms use time-honored practices that bring out the grounded, natural character that defines premium Indonesian coffee.

Processed using Indonesia’s traditional semi-washed method, this coffee develops its signature full body and earthy depth through partial fermentation and controlled drying. It is then gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, removing 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavor, body, and character.
