This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through shop.friending.com and outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. Friending Inc. ships exclusively within the United States.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within:
✔ 1–3 business days (24–72 hours).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving the tracking number for carrier updates to appear.
2. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please email us immediately at:

Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping destination.
3. SHIPPING METHODS, RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Friending Inc. ships only within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
We currently offer the following shipping method:
Standard Tracked U.S. Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout (varies by order size & weight)
We aim to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all customers. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to begin appearing, depending on the carrier.
5. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States.
Friending Inc. does not ship to international addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes if the carrier does not support it.
6. DELAYS & DELIVERY ISSUES
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. Friending Inc. is not responsible for:
carrier delays
incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
